Return of the ‘Experience Macao CNY Promotion’
he ‘Experience Macao CNY Promotion’ roadshow, which is presented by the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO), is taking place at the LG2 Orange Concourse area at Sunway Pyramid from 12 to 14 January 2018. Aside from offering travel packages designed by Prestige Vacation Network and Airlink Travel and Tour, there are also food sampling booths that feature delectable Macao delights and interesting programmes that include paper craft activities and Chinese calligraphy workshops.
29th Macao Art Festival happening throughout the month of May
Keep your eyes peeled here at the roadshow for more details on upcoming festivals and attractions! For starters, travelers are welcome to join in the festivities at the Chinese New Year parade on 18 and 24 February 2018. This will then be followed by the A-Ma Festival on 8 May 2018 and the prestigious Macao Art Festival that will be happening throughout May. From 9 to 17 June, flower enthusiasts can admire the beauty of lotus flowers at their full bloom at the Macao Lotus Flower Festival. For those who seek adventures, the Macao International Dragon Boat Race running from 16 to 18 June is definitely a spectacle one should not miss.
Aside from events and
festivals, Macao also offers special attractions for those who are travelling
with their families. From now till 28 February, parents can treat their
children to unique experiences at the Learn and Play team Lab Future Park at
MGM Macao’s Art Space where they can embark on a fun and interactive journey
through imaginative installations created using digital technology.
The Little Big Club ALL STARS invite you to come sing, dance, dress up and have fun at one of the specially created activities at Sands Cotai Central.
Families with little children will also be delighted to find that Thomas & The Little Big Club ALL STARS will be at the Sands Cotai Central until 31 March where the children will have the chance to meet the much-loved characters of Thomas the Tank Engine!
The Anim’Arte Nam Van is also a great destination for families who are looking to explore and experience culture and creativity whereas the Macao Tower offers a breathtaking aerial view of the whole city of Macao.
Thrill seekers can even opt for the famous ‘Bungy Jump’ off the Macao Tower!
