  2. Depending on your interactions with us, personal data we may collect includes, but is not limited to: name, contact details (email, phone number), photograph, and employment details.
  3. Other terms used in this Policy shall carry the meanings assigned to them under the PDPA unless otherwise stated.

    • You or your authorized representative voluntarily provide it after being informed of the purposes for which it is collected, and provide written consent.
    • Collection and use without consent is allowed or required by law.

    Before using your data for any purpose not previously disclosed, we will notify you and seek your consent unless permitted otherwise by law.

    • Fulfilling obligations related to goods or services requested by you.
    • Managing queries, applications, complaints, or feedback.
